Needed a flat tire looked at. Didnât have an appointment; just walked in and they fit me in in-between their existing appointments. Figured out the problem quickly and I was on my way in half an hour. Good experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim at this CarX location. My son's car was having issues with tires. I walked in ,without an appointment, spoke with Tim about what was happening. He and his staff fixed my son's tires and set this Mom's mind at ease. I would recommend to anyone!!!

I came in at the recommendation of Carvana, for a diagnostic on my Chevy Malibu. I was in and out within just a few minutes with a diagnosis. I was happy with the great customer service, and quickness within which they worked. Great experience!
We had a tire starting to go flat on our drive to Bloomington. Once we arrived there, they let us know it would be about 30 min. They had us in an out, showed us where a rusty nail went through. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.
I stopped by Davis Tire when I noticed my low tire pressure warning came on, on my truck. I was willing to pay to have air added to the tires, and was surprised when they were very happy to add air at no charge. Took my '70 Plymouth Cuda in for a front end alignment. It was the 1st time I had taken business there since they changed to CarX. The technician who worked on my car - Gary is well versed in retro mechanics, as well as modern day cars. He even took the time to check my brakes and suspension.I am pleased to say my experience was very good, and therefore, I will be taking my other vehicles to CarX in the future. The guys are knowledgable, friendly, did the work on time, and for the best price.
I had such a crazy day and accidentally fell asleep and missed my appointment, and at the very last minute, Wyett said they were still able to accommodate me to do an oil change and a tire rotation. It was VERY important to not drive the car anymore until the oil was changed, especially since the âChange Oilâ light was on. Every other place in town told me they were closing soon, or couldnât take me at such a last moment. I am very blessed for the kindness and upmost caring personality that your servicemen had towards me. As I sit here and wait for my vehicle, I can tell Wyette truly cares about the customers, and his job, and the reputation of the company. There dedication to provide excellent customer service shows greatly, and I will continue to come here for future repairs, and any auto/tire work on my vehicle. I pass several places to get an oil change, and will come here simply for the fact that they didnât turn me away when I was in a big jam. This man and his employees deserve a raise!

I called to see if they could fix my boyfriends car to fix the heat shield. They fit me me and was in an out in less than 20 min and didnât charge me for the bracket that was broken. We will definitely be back. Great customer service and didnât try and rip us off like most places. Thanks Scott.
My girlfriend and I are on a road trip across the country, and the clutch on our a.c. compressor went out. Not only did we need our air conditioning to work, but if the compressor were to blow we would end up stranded.We came in on a Saturday, knowing that getting it fixed on the weekend would be a longshot. Seth was able to get the part, have it installed, and send us on our way the SAME DAY.Quick, friendly service, fair pricing, and I feel confident that our a.c. will still be blowing cold by the time we make it back to California.

We were test driving a new car, and we stopped by CarX Tire and Auto because we wanted them to inspect the car and make sure everything worked properly before we bought it. We walked in and told them that we wanted an inspection, and Seth Kinder told us not to worry about it, and that he would give us a quick inspection for no money at all, even though there was a 2 hour wait! It took them 20 minutes, and everything looked great. Overall, an extremely friendly group of people that are clearly willing to go the extra mile for customers. They genuinely wanted to take care of us. Thanks Seth!
