Mary was very helpful tracking down our warranty information (from a different location) which turned out to be expired (on top of a discontinued tire!) She then went over and above researching to find the best replacement tire, and to get us the best possible price. Thank you Mary!

First I would like to publicly apologize that I donât remember the managers name (Mary?). Long story short I had a brake issue I needed repaired ASAP. It was early in the morning, I was already in a bad mood and this situation came upâ¦. Life. Well , that day her and her team changed my life and mood for the remainder of the day! Excellent, clean, friendly atmosphere. Iâm blunt but never complain about horrible service⦠but when someone goes out of their way like this team did, they definitely need to be commended! My best friend, her son, and mother were traveling to their home state to visit family when they found themselves needing brake service. They found these awesome possums! My friend said they were so kind and helpful. They fixed the problem and gave them an amazing price! If I'm ever in that area I'll be going there for all of my auto needs! We called while on the highway about a noise coming from my breaks and she said "head here now I will have a technician waiting on you" when we got there we had a sweet woman and a very nice technician waiting on us! They figured out what the issue was and helped us and made sure we left the place safely. I have never had such friendly service and quick service at a a car shop before! I wish they had one of these down south where we live. They explained everything in detail and I just seriously can't get over the friendlyness of everyone there. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I so would! Great prices too compared to other places.
Mary and Chris were phenomenal! We were traveling through the state when my water pump went out. Most shops were closed. They were incredibly busy but had the parts expedited and got us out of there in just a few hours. They went well above and beyond to make sure that my special needs kids and I were comfortable while we waited and got us back on the road quickly! Definitely deserve 5 stars!!
Iâve been coming to this location since 2016 and I have no regrets to this day. Mary is wonderful to talk to and helpful and the technician (Chad) fixed something that the dealership had missed. Great prices and great service. 10/10

Such a relief to find a shop that took such great care of my car. Mary and Chad fixed me up after another shop really messed up my car. They explained everything, showed me the parts they replaced and got me back on the road safely. I would use this shop again in a heartbeat.
Mary was able to get me in right away and was such a delight to make conversation with while waiting. Staff are friendly, fast, and a pleasure to chat with. The shop gets busy, but Mary remains so pleasant to all customers and takes pride in her position. The pricing was reasonable and I was in and out in a timely manner. I will be returning for my next repair!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Mary, the assistant manager, and technician Dylan, were both so nice. We got a flat tire on the interstate on new years eve at 4pm and hobbled to this shop. They changed out the tire and didn't even charge us. Great people! Glad we found this place in a time of need.
We are from Ohio and our car completely shut down. We called Carx and Mary helped us secure a tow truck and made sure a tech could help us. When we arrived - Craig got our car diagnosed, fixed the pulley that seized and had us on our way in less than an hour. They were so kind and helpful. We are so grateful for their excellent service. We had been to 2 other big name stores to try and get our tires simply rotated and balanced. 1 that rhymes with ball-mart said they didn't have the staff. The other said they couldn't get to our vehicle for over a week without an appointment. This place took our vehicle right in to the garage and even put 4 new tires on in about an our!Definitely recommend!

Iâm very satisfied with their service. I went to get my car checked here because my brakes were acting weird and I drive long distances frequently. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail about the issues that were effecting my carâs braking system. I decided I wanted to move forward with the repairs and they were able to get it done in the same day. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, informative and quick.

My wife needed a new tire Craig and his team fixed her up, checked her alignment at no cost and got us on our way. Great people, great service. We will definitely check with him for our future needs.
I had an oil change and inspection done at a garage located at 926 Oakwood Ave, Danville, I've always felt like they were shady, but for oil changes at $19.95, they were hard to refuse. During my oil change I was advised by the shady auto repair that I need new front brakes. They'd be happy to do them for $285! I didn't believe them, and decided to take my car to Carx either for the brake job I needed or at least a second opinion.. Upon inspection, Craig determined that I did not need new brakes and even showed me the wear marker. I had a lot of miles left on them. He could have sold me a brake job and charged me accordingly, But, he didn't. I truly appreciated the honesty. That's hard to find these days. I'll be going back---when I really need the brakes done.
Craig is wonderful, handsome, and probably the best human being in the universe. If I was having a new child I would name him or her Craig. Not to mention he has the best customer service of all time. Most of all he cares about anyone who comes into the shop. I receive A1 service every time and if you come to get your car serviced you will too.

Customer service here in the best Iâve had. Friendly and honest technicians who strive to take care of you and be up front about repairs and cost. So weâre on the road from KY to WI, on our way home, and half way we lost tire pressure and started to hear some strange noises. We came in for the quick tire repair and figured we would have to fix the other issue some other way but they are staying open late to help us fix that too! We would be screwed without the kind staff here!! if you are in Danville and you need assistance this is going to be your best bet! Thanks to them we will get home tonight!
I went to the Gilbert street carx yesterday for a second opinion. I just asked them if they could look at my brakes. The first local business I went to told me I néeded about 800 worth of brake work to my van. Dave set up an appointment for me and Blake looked at my van without knowing what I was previously told. These two were awesome. Friendly and courteous service. They saved me 700.00. I know they thought I was crazy for asking,them several times if they were,sure I didn't need all the other work done. My wife and I were on a road trip to see our grandchildren and we were driving though western Indiana when our wipers stopped working in a torrential downpour. After 3 hours trying to find someone to repair them we came to store 1461 on North Gilbert. The manager David Schmidt was courteous and compassionate to our problem and when we showed up he knew right away what the problem was. He had his mechanic Blake do the repair. These two guys were the perfect example of customer service and politeness. I would recommend this store for your auto repair needs anytime. Thank you to you gentlemen for taking care of my wife and I on an important road trip.
I was stuck 2 hours from home with a flat tire. These awesome guys took me to go pick up a tire locally that they did not stock, and installed it for no charge!! Best service ever and wish I lived closer to be a repeat customer!
I had the best experience at this place! Very honest and trustworthy mechanics. I went in with a problem I thought would cost me a good deal of money and they fixed it and since it was a simple fix (which I would of never known) did not charge me anything. Great, friendly, fast service!
