Fantastic service. They were very polite professional and quick. They didn't have any coffee or water in the lobby for customers. They play great music in the waiting room. Plenty of seating available for guests and customers while waiting. The waiting area is extremely clean. They offer explanations and copies of paperwork when you check out. I would definitely return for oil changes on my vehicle. Thank you to the entire team.
Can't say enough good things about Mike & his team. Was in the area visiting friends when I had an issue with my wheelchair carrying hitch that would have made it impossible to drive to get home safely. CarX was the closest shop and when asked, they said to bring it in, even tho it isn't a general service they offer. Mike and his team made quick work of my car, gave me a complimentary tire top-off, and made sure I was good to get back home safely. Excellent and quick service!

Fabulous place to get my vehicle fixed. Was reasonably priced compared to other carx and places similar. They have a great mechanic that actually takes his time to truly fix the issues so the car doesn't have to return unlike other businesses of this nature. I think his name is Dominic. He fixed my car and I would recommend him to others.
I hope they still give free estimates,this place does great work and albeit it was some time ago those guys were great!(2011-2016) Went in last week with an appointment and tht manager didn't seem as friendly at all and couldn't get my car looked at short staffed? I'll c what happens,I rescheduled so I'll 👀👀

This is the place my dad told me to go to. He had been using this location for over 10 years and I completely understand why. Every time I make an appointment I can trust any recommendations will be essential to keep my car running. They always go above and beyond to help on all the issues and my bill is never a surprise.
Have been taking my vehicles here for the past few years and have had good service. The new mgr, Lina, took that from Good to great. Lina not only made sure that an issue with an oil change was corrected, but also didn't charge for any of the parts service time, or oil. Thank you Lina. Your awesome!
They took my car in within 2 seconds! They put it up and gave me a diagnosis in a minute. Filled up my tire and gave a quote and had the new tire ordered. This took a total of 7 minutes I was in and out. Tristan did an amazing job. You can tell this tire shop knows how to run a business. Highly recommended

On a day where everyone is busy and humanity is at an all time low there are still people and business out there that care. Anthony Pelikan (and crew) from Car-X on Ogden is Angel in disguise equipped with great customer service in a world that has gotten colder over the course of this pandemic. I hit a curb in my Jeep Cherokee and Needed a rim, tire and alignment. While they were extremely busy they took the time to tell me they can do everything but provide the rim but they pointed me to where I could get a rim and stayed around for me to drop the car and rim off. They provided all the services I needed at a reasonable price and even did a courtesy safety check to ensure no other maintenance was needed besides an alignment. Right before and in the middle of 8 inches of snowfall. I could not be more grateful to them and thought Iâd take the time out my day to recommend them to anyone needing similar service or anything else they have listed.

I do not remember all the services this CarX has performed for me. I live four hours away but, when I am visiting and I have car trouble, I go to them. I have used them many times over the years. I love this place. Yes, they are honest, fair, competent, and timely. Anthony is wonderful: knowledgeable; respectful; efficient; and very patient. I highly recommend CarX at 212 Ogden Ave. Downers Grove. They know what they are doing and they are customer friendly; an excellent combination.
15 minutes to close individual who was working there, was super courteous to me and helped me even though they were tired and wanted to go home.They went out of their way to help me. For that I am so thankful.

My wife had issue with under the under body shield which came loose. I was at work and she took it here. We have never visited this place before but it was close to her work. They looked and it and took care of it without charge. My wife was super happy with service. Looks like this will be our future repairs and oil change location

I brought my car in for an inspection after 1.5 years, thinking that the brakes might need replacing. The good news is that they didn't, but, more importantly, the Car-X employees didn't "find" a problem. Their integrity under these circumstances is very gratifying, and you can be assured that I will return when other service is needed!
