This place rocks. Let me tell you, I had to call them because my daughter who is going to school in that area had an issue with her vehicle. It appears her battery may be going bad so I called here and I spoke to Scott and RJ. Both of them were awesome! They we're very understanding and treated my daughter with respect and fixed the problem very fast and correct. I could not be more appreciative of them for not trying to screw my daughter over. Some places now see a young lady come into a repair shop and they'll try to get them to spend thousands of dollars on stuff they don't need. That did not happen here. I would strongly suggest using this place if you're in the area and need some work on your vehicle. Thanks again guys!!
Excellent service and pricing! Very trustworthy and I take my vehicle there exclusively because I know they will get the job done! Scott and his team go above and beyond to make sure you leave with your vehicle repaired correctly (they just recently spent their time fabricating/welding a tool that I had missing so that they could complete a repair without just giving up and/or breaking a part just to get it done). From price, to diagnostics, to actual repairs, they have always done an exceptional job. Scott takes the time to explain and diagnose the issue. He has always been fair and honest when handling our vehicles (we currently own three and all go to Scott for service). As parents, we always encourage our children to take their vehicles to Scott. Low pressure light came on. Saw a screw in a tire. They checked all my tires and found another screw in another tire. Thanks for being thorough, Car-X! Hate to think of what my drive from northern Kentucky back to Tennessee would have been like if you had not checked all my tires!
