Honest place of business, I had a flat tire on my Kia Soul and had no idea what had happened to it, expecting to have to replace the tire and pay for a new tire, this Carx location was honest and told me all that needed to be done was remove a nail out of the tire and patch it up, and they did it at no charge. 5/5 stars, highly moral company which is getting harder and harder to find!

I would give this Car-X more than 5 stars if it was possible. I had a nail in my tire, called them on a Saturday afternoon, was told to come right in and they had it fixed within a half hour of my call. Not only that but they gave me a coupon to use which made the service free. Absolutely amazing customer service! I will only be taking my car to them from now on.
Went there today for the first time. Great customer service, great price. Went for an oil change, left with inflated tires as well (the light had been on). They were amazing.

Took my sonâs truck there to diagnose a leak. They discovered what it was and explained the issue and why they thought it should be taken somewhere that does more comprehensive transmission work. Didnât charge for the diagnosis and were very helpful and professional throughout.

I have had very good experiences with this location so far. Ive had oil changes and other minor repairs. Josh is a very helpful and courtious tech and will go out if his way to help.
Always great work and I trust them to tell when something needs to be done and if it doesn't. Several times I've taken a vehicle in thinking it would be a major repair only to have them tell me it just needed something minor. Their rates are always competitive.
Iâve finally found a place I feel isn't trying to rip me off. I had taken my car to the Mitsubishi dealership because my radiator fan wasnât working. They lied and told me it was and then wanted to do $850 in tune ups and replacement. I went to carx the next day and they found the issue in just a couple hours and charged me a very fair price.
Have done great work in the past. However they did miss that my brake pads were worn out when I asked them to look at it and I had to pay for a rotor to be replaced as well
Dennis the manager and the other guy who worked on my car were so friendly and amazing 👏 . I will definitely be back they put my brake lights on for me in a short period of time. They reassured me they would take care of my car and they did. They were very patient as well. I would definitely recommend going. I went on March 11th 2022
Took my truck here for some squeaking coming from the front passenger suspension, or so I thought. Turns out it was salt/dirt in the ball joint. They could have told me it was not fixable and charged me $500+ for a new one, but they didnât. They cleaned it, greased a pin and rotated the tires. They could have charged me a fortune, but instead took care of me. Itâs nice to have a place you can trust to take your vehicle to.
Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile; first time coming in and they patched up my tire free of charge!

The best mechanics I have worked with. They provide reasonable options and do not try to oversell you or pressure you. For most jobs, they complete the work in half a day, but they will always make an effort to fit you in to their schedule if it is an emergency. They have saved me hundreds of dollars by avoiding unnecessary repairs to my older vehicles. We have tried a few other places for tires and brakes, but we always come back to this car x in the end for service and their prices are so competitive they now have our exclusive business.
