Got a flat tire driving to central wisconsin from MSP. Stopped in, their first response was to air up the tire to get us home, not just trying to make a sale. Unfortunately, the sidewall was shot which they noticed immediately. Luckily they had the right size tire in stock and got us on our way within the hour.

I had gone to Valvoline in Hudson and had an oil change & tire rotation done. During the tire rotation something happened to the torque wrench and the tech told me it stripped the lug nut on one of my tires. They said CarX would fix it and Valvoline would foot the bill.Gary brought my car into the bay and checked it out and discovered that the lug nut was actually fine, but the stud was broken. They ordered what they needed from Autozone and got my broken stud taken care of quickly! The district manager was training in a new employee for the service desk and both of them were very friendly!I will definitely coming back for future services! Thanks for a great experience!

Exceptional experience. Brought the vehicle in and they did service in the time they said and communicated well. What made it exceptional is that my Daughter and Wife came to pick up the vehicle and my daughter's car had a low tire pressure light on. She had difficulty filling it with air at the gas station, she mentioned it to them when she picked up the vehicle and the took care of it on the spot. Thanks for taking care of them.

Very impressed with my experience here. I needed a last minute tire change before leaving that evening for a roadtrip up north and not only did they fit me in an hour before closing without hesitation, but they also had great pricing and awesome staff! As a young woman I am often nervous about car places trying to sneak in hidden costs (which car guys have done an unfortunate amount of times), but I felt very respected here and appreciated how the staff was very thorough and fair. Would definitely recommend!

These guys helped me out of a really tight spot... I mean I didn't know what I was going to do and I called them and they told me... and even though I was flustered and swore a little bit they kept their cool and were respectful and kind... I mean literally I wanted to jump off a bridge and the guy like talked me down basically... and I think that used to be called Tires Plus which is labeled closed permanently but they are open and I think there are now called Car-X...

I recently moved to WI, and drive into MN to work, and I wanted to be sure that my cars maintenance was up to date. Working with the store manager, Kris, was a great experience, I didnât feel like I was being sold services I didnât really need at this time. Nothing turns me off more than a pushy sales person, Kris took the time to look up my cars maintenance schedule, and went over what was due to be done and when. It was a positive experience, friendly staff, great service, I have found a reliable place in Hudson to service my car and will recommend this Car-X store to my friends and family. I would also, like to thank Hays, for is excellent service, Iâll be back for tires in the fall. Thanks again to Kris and his staff, for a great experience, you have no idea how much I appreciate having a place that I know will make sure that my car is well maintained now that Iâm driving 100+ miles a day.
Was passing threw and my a/c went out. They fixed it in less than an hour and they were busy. Awesome people!
I went in for an oil change. They had a problem with the bolt that goes in the plug to my oil pan. I had him change it out and he came out to show me why which was awesome and I was really impressed. Price was right and told me to look into getting my transmission fluid replaced soon. Best service I have ever had. Will be going back and would recommend them to anyone
Tried to find a place today to fix my flat tire and every place I called said they were closed. Spoke to Chris at Car X and he was amazing! 10 minutes before they closed and I was back on the road.
Excellent Customer Service. Manager Kris gave me all options for the best pricing and I didn't feel like he was trying to make a big sale. I purchased 4 tires, new wipers, oil change and an alignment. By far the best price in the area for all my car needs. Highly recommend!!!
I am beyond impressed with this Car-X location. Kris the Store Manager, has unmatched customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, fair, and went above and beyond in every way possible. He was there every step of the way to assist me in making a big decision and the right decision when it came to replacing the engine in my daughters truck. It was a huge task to replace an engine. Kris and his staff worked very hard and had the engine in and ready to go in less than 2 days! Even worked outside normal hours of operation. After the work is done he still continues to provide follow up services to ensure everything is operating like it should. Kris takes pride in his work , and it really shows!!!!! Two thumbs way up not to just Kris but the entire staff! Iâm 100% a loyal customer for all my cars service needs for life. Whether they like it or not!
I am so fortunate to have stopped at this store today 🤗. I needed an oil change, but for the past 2 years I have gone to Valvoline. Good thing I didnât go there today because turns out, my battery needed replacing, a check that Valvoline doesnât check for. I could have been stranded if I went somewhere else. High quality work at a very good price! Rest assured, the manager, Kris, and his staff will take good care of you. Right before the 4th of July weekend, a Check Engine light came on my Honda CR-V , which had me quite concerned, dreading that this could be a big expense to repair. I stopped in, spoke to the friendly front desk person, Donna, and she got me practically right in for the techs to look at my vehicle. The tech, Nick, knew just what to do to fix it, and now my car is running great (no more Check Engine lights)! So relieved and pleased with their work! They are the best people to help you with what you need! And best of all, they are nice, honest, straightforward, and they offer very reasonable prices. Give them a try, you won't regret it! 5++ stars!

Due to the winter weather around Thanksgiving, I needed new tires for my son's vehicle. I had tried three other places in Hudson, WI, but there were no appointments available. One location said I needed to wait until after Christmas. I then stopped at CAR X Tire and Auto and talked to Jason, the Store Manager. He was very helpful in tire selection for my vehicle and within hours, I was back on the road. I told my son to use CAR X for all future oil changes and services to ensure the tires are rotated at least twice a year. I was so glad that I had stopped and found a shop that will ensure my vehicle will be kept maintained very well. I recommend CAR X to all potential customers wanting great service and tires needs for their vehicles.
