Our vehicle sprung a coolant leak on a Saturday, and we live 1.5 hours away. Bryan got us in, and the guys found a loose hose clamp, and got us on our way in a couple of hours. They made a stressful situation less stressful.
Bryan the manager is exceptional. He and his mechanic were generous enough to stay open later than usual when I called them about a check engine light that turned on after work. Bryan was very helpful and transparent about pricing and recommended services. They went above and beyond in both auto and customer service. I just moved from out of state so I was very happy. Highly recommended!
These guys are great, plain and simple. I used to work at a shop and they're legit all the way. They had to break the news to a woman with a Subie AWD who had a hole in the side wall of her tire who, like many, don't realize that you need all new tires in that situation. It's a hard pill to swallow but they explained the situation in layman's terms with professionalism and sympathy and got her to next steps. Exceptional.

I live in Omaha and needed some work after a storm. They fit me in same day and had it done before the end of the day. Sam was super helpful and kind. The assistant manager was also very kind and included a complimentary oil change when he heard about the situation. HIGHLY recommend!
This was my first visit to Car-X, and my first experience with them. I will certainly be back. I had a check engine light issue which identified a serious problem. Jordan was great. Not only did he handle all of the details and communication with my 3rd party warranty company, but he kept me up to date step by step. The entire staff was courteous and respectful of me, my vehicle, and my time. From the moment I called to set my appointment, I felt comfortable that all would be well, and it was.

I went in with a problematic battery Saturday at 3:30 and they were closing at 5. I figured they couldn't look at it that day and could wait until Monday, but they surprised me by calling me about 4:40 to say they could replace the battery. It was great they could get it done so fast!
They did a great job. Provided a thorough estimate complete with pictures. Got the job done on time. Also nice they have a shuttle service.
I've taken both of our cars here for oil changes and various repairs over the last year. I'm always really impressed with how quickly they can get me in the schedule and complete the repairs. Their prices are fair and they do a good job and a trust what they say.

Great staff and super quick turnover on dropping my car off and getting it repaired. Started my car this morning and heard super high pitch squealing. Took it in without an appointment and it was fixed by the end of my work day. Richard and George are fun and easy to work with. Also very reasonable pricing.Not going back to the dealership shop anytime soon.
Brought my car in, was still leaking power steering fluid and while driving it, it wasn't shifting gears when it was suppose to. They couldn't find why it was leaking and to fix the other stuff would cost way more than we wanted to spend, manager has a 02 Honda Accord for less that what it would have cost to fix the other one, took it for a test drive, drives good. Not pretty, but bought it
I live in Edina and went to this Car X for an oil change after seeing their great reviews (and calling ahead to see if they took walk-ins). I was very satisfied with service - they were very accommodating despite it being noon on a Saturday, they were very honest and also they were very friendly - which on it's own is enough to make me want to give them my business, as I've been to a number of shops that treat you like an inconvenience. I definitely feel like this is a shop I would trust for more extensive work on my car. 5/5 would recommend.
