I brought my car in here last minute for a brake inspection. They got me in right away, and they told me and showed me what's wrong with the car. They even worked with me on the price of the repair. They didn't play any games with appointments, or try to upsell me. They did the work at reasonable price when compared to the dealers and most shops. And they completely finished the work in a about an hour. I would recommend this location any day.
Have taken all 3 of my vehicles here, a large variety of work has been performed. Always done professionally and communication is great. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for auto repair!
We had a bit of an issue with a tire repair and replacement, but the work was done quickly and professionally and when I called the manager Roger to work out the issue, he was fair and we resolved it without problem. I think you'll find similar quality services at most places, but knowing that the management cares about ensuring a good customer experience is why I would suggest the location to you.
I booked and paid for my tire installation that I ordered on Amazon but I arrived and they had a extra charge for disposal I had to pay for separate. Also what's the deal with covering the window where you can see the mechanics working?🤔 Other than that they did their job

They were open on the 4th and able to get me in last minute without an issue. Repaired an oil leak quickly without it being extremely expensive. Overall they were kind and helpful too. Definetly recommend them.

Got the job done quickly at the end of the day and squeezed me in at the last.minute before a road trip to Brainerd. I appreciated the service at 5:15 pm on a Thursday night.
Had a leaky valve stem that they were able to get replaced for me for around 60 bucks. I will be trying them out again soon for a bit more work, as my normal mechanic of 15 years is almost a 2 hour drive from my new residence. Tough to find trustworthy mechanics these days, so as long as they stay on the level, they can have my business. I always edit my reviews for frequented businesses, so hopefully only.more positive things will follow.

My catalytic converter got swiped and Car X got a new one installed by the next day. Always awesome service. I brought my previous vehicle to this Car X for everything from oil changes to new tires and brakes. I have never felt like they tried to sell me any unnecessary services and they have always been fast and friendly.
I pulled in with a flat tire near end of their hours and they fit me in and patched my tire. Excellent customer service!
I had a leaky tire and they told me to bring it in and it would be done in a few hours. Turns out they were very busy that day and the repair was delayed by an hour or so but still same day. They were very apologetic and did not charge me for the service because of the inconvenience. Very professional, very friendly, very helpful and great same-day service. Roger was great. Gave me a ride home and made the whole experience effortless. The whole experience was super convenient and not of the norm in todays customer experience. Thanks to Carx and it's great to not have grinding brake noice anymore.
Had them install a hitch bar to my car which isn't one of their standard services, but they were happy to do it if I supplied the bar. They were quick and friendly as always!

Richard is amazing he was so helpful I really can’t express how great the service he provided was. It was a horrible snow storm and I was trying to make my way home from work. My windshield wipers were terrible and there was no way I could make it any further I seen the car X sign from the freeway so I stopped there hoping to get new wipers changed and I’m so thankful that I did. Thanks to Richard and his team I was able to get back on the road quickly and safely!
I am so thankful that I just happened to pull into their parking lot one day! My car was having issues when it got pretty cold. It would kind of chug and not want to accelerate very well from 0-30 mph and it had issues switching from 30 to 40. The check engine light would come on and go off. When they did their diagnostic it was a MAP sensor. They swapped it out for me and gave me a good deal. The car ran beautifully the next few days. However shortly after it began having the same issues. I happened to be right next to a Hyundai and they noticed some wiring issues that were damaged a long time ago. They could tell because they were corroded. Hyundai quoted me $1000-$5000 to fix these wires in the harness! I could not pay this so the man at Hyundai soldered one wire for me. I took it back to Car X to get a second opinion. Richard took a look at it and said the issue was fixed! There was no other corrosion, everything else was completely fine! He was adamant I did NOT need a whole new harness as Hyundai was saying. I have to admit after fixing the one wire and the new sensor my car is driving like it’s old self. Zippy! So Car X saved me from spending money on an unnecessary $1000-$5000 repair! I absolutely appreciate the honesty and not taking advantage. Richard and his team are very caring and friendly. Felt like I’ve known them a while. I will be back! Thank you!!!
I first went here through Amazon to get tires on my truck. Fast and efficient, Car-X was done with my vehicle when they said they would be. Awesome place already been here again to get some things fixed and they have been nothing but helpful. Richard I believe is the store manager and he is a very nice guy! Good place to get work done for your vehicle!
Richard and the team were awesome to work with providing excellent customer service and prompt turnaround time. In less than 24 hours of my phone call to drop off my truck having battery and starting issues, the guys had it fully operational and back on the road. I have also taken this truck and a previous vehicle here for maintenance and repairs. This shop will always give you an honest, truthful assessment and has very reasonable prices. Another example of this is when I had a complete tire blow out on the highway driving to work in the morning. They helped put my worries at ease and had my car ready to roll with a new tire the same day. In my 2 plus years of vehicle service at this location, I have always left extremely satisfied. You can count on these guys to go the extra mile and provide best in class quality and work.
I brought a Corolla here for a pre purchase inspection, Richard and Doug had the vehicle in and out within about half an hour. They provided me with a full report of the vehicles condition and took the time to explain to me their opinions on the value of the vehicle and how I should handle the purchase with the dealer. I don't live around the area so I probably won't be back very often, but I really enjoyed my experience here.

Fantastic service and honest staff. Walser Jeep in Hopkins told me I ABSOLUTELY needed all 4 brakes done- pads AND rotors on my vehicle with only 80,000 miles on it. ($1200 job at the the dealership)Took it here for inspection and told them I was pretty sure it at least needed rear brakes, but turned it doesn’t need brakes at all. So thankful for the friendly and honest staff and will be bringing my car here from now on for every single service. Thank you!
One of our work vehicles broke down on 394, we had it towed randomly to this shop, the repair bills were quite expensive so I was obviously a little nervous. I had them email over a copy of the estimate to our local repair shop. Everything checked out. It also ended up being quite a bit cheaper than originally estimated. Richard was extremely great to work with and very trustworthy. Highly recommend this company
The guys here were great! I got out of my car across the street to go into a restaurant and heard a loud hissing... I had ran over a nail in the construction zone on Louisiana. I don't live anywhere around there and knew I had to get it fixed immediately. Went across 394 at 5:45 and they were so nice to get me in right before they closed. I was so lucky! Thank you again! I had what I thought was just a leak in my tire, hoping to get it patched; just as they were closing. Kindly enough they said that they'd fix it up and and stay a bit later. Unfortunately there was a tear in my tire and it couldn't be fixed. Thankfully they had the right sized tires and stayed even longer to put them on. They were nothing but kind and went out of their way to help me out, ensuring I could use my vehicle.

The best experience I have ever had with any mechanic!Very honest and even showed me what was wrong so I understood what they needed to do to fix it.
