Went in for an oil change and asked them to check brakes as well. They showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and why. As a woman, I felt valued as a new customer and I appreciate that. I wasn't talked down to, and I was shown and explained what was wrong. Great guys, the 2 of them!!! I would recommend going here 10 times out of 10.
Tony was super helpful when my lug nuts kept coming loose and we were up here over the holidays. He found that they were just worn and got us back on the road quickly. Really nice guy, seems to really enjoy his work! Those are the people who should be fixing your car!

This place was a referral from a friend. I know from a recent experience, you get a solid answer here and good repairs. Contact Ben the Manger and he will always give you sound advice on repairs and how to manage a vehicle. Definitely going back for another repair.
The guys here were great. They did a courtesy check for me without asking for it and resolved my tire issue. To be honest I didnât think I would pay that much. Definitely coming back here for future services 👍🏿
Tony (and Ben) did a great job repairing some issues with my Audiâs wheels/axels and breaks. They were very candid and communicative throughout the process. The car was in rougher shape than anticipated and could have cost a lot more than originally estimated. Tony was able to work out some innovative processes to keep some of the parts and save valuable time and money. Weâve been here before for tires/oil changes but this was the first time using them for something more complex. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for car help (except collision). Thanks guys!
We really appreciate the service Tony Scully provides. During our most recent visit he took the time to show us the maintenance that was necessary and also pointed out a couple other items we need to keep an eye on. He walked us out to the vehicle and raised it up, so we could clearly see what he was referring to. We have an older vehicle and appreciated the practical recommendations he provided. He was very patient and honest.
My problem was the brakes. I was showed the parts that needs replacing and was given anestimate of the cost for each options. Ben left it up to me to choose without binding me or pressuring me for a decision. The car was fixed in about an hour. Both of the guys are professional, and I felt comfortable. I recommend them 100% . Ben is courteous and friendly.

Although it was my first time in that place, they made me feel comfortable, I did not feel any sales pressure. My problem was with the brakes. They showed me the parts that were damaged, gave me an estimate of the cost and left it up to me to decide what to do without binding me or pressuring me to make a decision. They were able to fix it in about 3.5 hours just like they promised. Very professional. I felt comfortable, I recommend them 100% and from now on I will not go anywhere else. Ben is very courteous and friendly and his customer service skills is excellent.
On our way through the cities our car started shaking, clunking, and grinding and no engine lights were on. Called CarX since it was the closest to our location. They got us in immediately, identified the problem, talked us through it, showed us the problem, fixed it and we were on our way safely. Tony and Lizzy at Eden Prairie were amazing. Before I bought my truck, I brought it to Tony and Lizzie to have it inspected. They went bumper-to-bumper and explained everything looks good but the brakes would need replacing soon. I will be back when that time comes!
Great experience at CarX with changing the battery in my Ford Fusion. The tech hit a snag with placement (the battery on hand was a bit bigger than the old one) and my car wouldn't run, so I had to tow it back. They paid for the tow and had the issue fixed very quickly. Everyone was very kind and professional. Thank you Ben, Tony, and Crystal!

Needed to get a ârattleâ looked at as well as an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I was greeted by the Store Manager Roger and I explained why I came in. He offered to call me first with the diagnosis before performing any work. I truly appreciated this. I received what I felt was a fair quote and David performed the repair, a lot faster than I expected. Overall I will not hesitate to return to EP CarX and tell my EP co-workers about this location!!
It was a great experience. The person was quite thorough about the analysis and setting expectations. For my car multiple items were to fix (and I was aware of them before hand) and he had given reasonable estimates. He guided me about the priorities and we planned accordingly. I have fixed a few things like rear brake change, exhaust fixing. Things are nice yet and goin good. Maybe in next month I will visit for other works. I am quite satisfied. Will come back on this post after doing the remaining jobs.
the best service offered by carx. very welcoming and polite people. i was with Roger for one of the issue, Roger offered free inspection and fixed it free as he felt it was a minor issue where as fire store which is just besides carX told $99.99 just to inspected.Roger was very welcoming and polite though i went there walkin without appointment. told me to be seated until he is done with other customers, later walked up to me enquired about the issue and fixed the issue while i was waiting. my car will be here for sure from now

Roger Hanson was able to get me in right away the same morning I called with a concern of hearing my front brakes making a horrible grinding sound when braking. He made a quick diagnostic of what the issue was and gave recommendations on how to proceed. He had me in and out in no time! The fast service allowed me to keep my scheduled mid-morning meeting! I usually don't leave reviews, but Roger and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park for me last week. My car was repaired economically (new alternator and battery), perfectly, and well within the window I had requested. I really can't say enough good things about my experiences at Car-X. I've been there three times in the past two months, and each time, the staff has helped me in a gracious and timely manner. Two of those times, they fixed my issue at no cost. As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, it's important to me to find a repair shop that I feel I can trust (and does great work, of course). Car-X has proven to be that place.
