As a young woman who feels like im always getting scammed or intimidated when going into an auto shop, I know I can always trust Karissa to give great customer service, and genuinely care about her people. Car RX can be a bit pricey, but for me it's totally worth it if I know I can trust the people who work there. I have never had to go back to have things corrected too. They always do a great job. And karissa always tries to work with me with price.Karissa is my go-to!!

They haven't even worked on my car yet but customer service is five stars already. I had to reschedule twice and they are polite and quick to move my spot when other places in town are weeks out.Edit: they worked on my car and it's still 5 stars.Edit#2: a year later, still 5 stars.

Decent quality work. I did have to bring it back for an adjustment or two, but it wasn't a very big deal and they stood by their word and quickly fixed the issues without further charges, both times.

Recently had a tire patch from Muscatine Tire. They saved my winter driving vacation plans. My tire had a hole and was losing air pressure. They quickly repaired the tire, the price was great, friendly staff, and the patch worked perfectly, with no air loss.Thank you Muscatine Tire!

Walk-in on Saturday morning for a battery replacement. Not the cheapest place but the service was worth it. Also had a headlight out and they took care of it. Outstanding service won me over. I will be back.

Possibly one of best experiences Iâve had with a shop. Experienced,professional and helpful! I highly recommend anyone thatâs needs work done to give them a call. Great service all around from the front desk to the tech who worked on my car thank you!

I will continue to bring my car here. Karissa has a lot to do with that. I usually try to make appointments in advance but sometimes the unexpected happens on a busy Monday morning. Karissa does what she can to help customers with a smile on her face no matter what. Itâs obvious to me that she enjoys her job. Great customer service will always keep me around.

The young lady at the front seems like she's doing her best when rude customers come in. I was in end of last week and the younger lady came in with her lunch obviously tired and the older lady proceeded to push something on her and young lady stayed calm while the older women was making rude comments to her. I would definitely return for the young lady but I'm not sure how the older women still has a job with that attitude

Scott was AMAZING and took phenomenal care of us. He had gone above and beyond to make our visit more than a mundane car check up. In a world where GOOD customer service hardly exists Scott smiles, is friendly, and has a pleasant attitude every time weâve come in. You have our business forever based off of just that if nothing else. Highly recommend if youâre looking for car repairs, new tires or maintenance. You can expect to be treated with kindness and respect and leave with what your vehicle needed!

Relocated from Miami to Muscatine and this is already my go to shop. The entire world is overbooked but Scott was able to squeeze me in for what I call a âcommon sense/simpleâ tire patch repair. Iâm extremely picky with my tire work since Iâve had shops damage my rims before. They were extremely careful and took care of me quickly. I was treated with dignity and respect and Iâm extremely satisfied with the work. Thank you Scott and the rest of the team for your 5star customer service and work!
