I gotta say this is my new preferred shop in the area. Last week when we couldn't get my car in. Someone still gave me assistance the best that they could till the next week. Even though my issue hasn't been resolved I will be bringing my car to this shop for now on no shop has given me service like these guys.
Squeezed me in today for a motorcycle tire change, the guy who did it, very thankful for him! And the other guy working good company, I felt at home, helped out, and it was a smooth fix! Thhhankkkk you!
They are always so very nice and friendly at my neighborhood CarX. They get me in and out quickly for my oil change and tire rotation with no problems. I bought my tired there with the extra warranty and anytime I have a issue (whether it be just a low pressure problem) they are happy to help. There is no other place I would rather go.
Great service, answered all questions I had diligently and did not mind doing a thorough work up on my Escape on top of the issue I brought it in for. Would definitely recommend these guys.
Mark the general manager went above and beyond for me today all I came in for was a oil change and tire rotation I asked him if he could check out why my break lights weren't working and he got it figured out with for me complimentary this was greatly appreciated you just can't find mechanics like this honestly is a huge thing I'll definitely drive out my way from Springfield to have all my mechanical work done here from this day forward. The guys at Car X really care about their customers. We have one car for our family and found out the wobble in our tire was actually part of the tread ripped clean off.The manager, Mark, was incredibly kind. The tires we needed werenât in stock, and pay day isnât till next week. He sourced some used tires for us till we could make it to payday to get the new tires. Shout out to Drew for taking me in the garage to explain the damage. These guys are wonderful. Couldnât be more pleased to have them in our community! Thank you for being such a caring business.
Been going to CarX in Willard for nearly 2 yrs now, and wanted to take the time to say recently theyâve stepped up their game. I really appreciate Marc and the team and the direction theyâre going in, witnessing first hand the effort being put in to go beyond the typical auto shop. On my way to my daughterâs soccer game on a Saturday morning and realized my tire had a nail and was going flat.Dave quickly plugged my tire and had me underway again in just a few minutes! What a guy and what service!
This is the place to go! The manager mark was awesome he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were super busy when I went in but he did a great job running the office as well as working in the shop. He got me all fixed up and didnât push a bunch of extra stuff on me like most shops try to do. The place was really clean and they also had free coffee. I highly recommend!

After a ridiculous customer experience many years ago when this location first opened, I finally chose to give them another chance when I bought some tires through Amazonâthey were listed as a local option to have my tires shipped to and then installed. The team at CarX fully âownedâ this opportunity to provide service. The front counter experience (not just with me, but with all other observed interactions) was exceptional, especially with the manager. The location was clean, organized, and ready for any customer to be shown the service area as appropriate. When an unanticipated problem occurred with my car not recognizing the new placement of the wheels (location) on the vehicle, they literally spent hours to resolve this concern for me.This manager and team are an wonderful example of customer-centric professionalism. Cisco was a great help very informative, Between him and the store Manager Mark Baker I completely felt like they were very detailed and showed me the things that were wrong. By far the most honest shop I have been to in a very long time.

I had a loud noise coming from under my vehicle, thought breaks were shot & was prepared for hundreds in repairs. They immediately pulled it in. 20 minutes later sent me on my way after adjusting a bent heat shield. Didnât even charge me a penny. You guys are great.

Iâm new to the Springield area, looking for an honest group of men to work on my car, so I chose Car X. Paul and employees were courteous, excellent attitude and, professional. However, Paul at front counter had 2 phones ringing and a lot of walk ins and trying to answer service guys questions. Iâve worked in customer service my whole life and it gets old working like that. Bottom line, the guy needs help on Saturdays

Staff here is very nice, they are concerned with doing what is right for the customer. Prices are competitive, technicians are savvy, they treated my 16yo respectfully as he got his first car inspected. It was as it should have been. Nice folk.
