This place was amazing! I needed an IDOD inspection this morning. I called 10 different places before finding this hidden gem! He was able to get me in immediately. I have to admit, one of the cleanest garages I've been in, in a LONG time as well! Customer service was on point as well. Definitely recommend!!
Great group of guys. I needed an inspection before heading to Texas on a long project. They got me in and did an inspection on my truck. It was the only good part of the whole horrible day.
Had exceptional service. Went in for two tires and alignment. Front desk manager was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and did not try to up sell us on anything. Worked in our best interest and got our service done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their service and products.
They ordered my tires and got them on the same day. I'm very happy. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This place was a blessing. We Got stranded in Missouri going from Michigan to Texas to a funeral due to broken brake lines. Ronnie the manager was professional and personable and managed to help us and calm us. He made us feel like family. Wish this place was back in my hometown. Dave did an amazing affordable job on the Silverado. The rest of the crew JT and Josh that we met were also helpful and top tier. Thank you to them seriously!!!
We have had several sets of tires mounted here, whether purchased online at Tire Rack or directly from them (RV, trailer, and vehicles). They usually beat other prices and always seem to be busy. The manager, Randy is very knowledgeable and helpful. A comfortable waiting area with WiFi would earn 5-stars. Not a show-stopper as I’ll still pick this place and sit on hard plastic chairs with my mobile hot spot over another place.
We are staying in Lebanon for a week because it's centrally located in what we wanted to see in Missouri, well late Tuesday night noticed water pump leaking did a check of local mechanics that were good then decided on one and was waiting at his shop when he opened at 8 am I received the ( I'm booked for 2 weeks) which I understood but this didn't meet my needs we had plans to see the Gateway Arch in St Louis and were already behind schedule so I asked for a recommendation from him and he sent me to you guys and you gave me a quote, a ride back to my Airb&b 2 hours later you were at the front door with my vehicle to pick me up and take me back to the store to settle up me and my wife were able to complete our planned trip to the Arch because of your effort to get our vehicle fixed as fast as you did. Side note because of your haste there was damage done to the radiator and you let me know you damage it and replaced it with a new one at your expense very professional! Thank You to you and your crew!
I came in on a donut right before they closed, a little frustrated because nowhere else had the size of tires I needed. They greeted me with kindness and got me out of there quickly with the tire I needed. Thanks for helping 🙂
No one is perfect all the time. In response to Pam’s review, I’m impressed with all the reviews. Although I’ve never used Car X. As I have my own Auto Repair shop in Rolla my Husband is the number 1 mechanic herein
We had to stop in there because one of our brakes had fallen off I do believe that's what had happened as we were just driving through and I called them even though it was Memorial Day and they got us in right away, was very quick to help us, very cost friendly, and very courteous. I highly highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place. I'm always weary of going to new mechanics as a woman, but these guys were very honest. They talked me out of a service I didn't need yet and told me what to look at for the future. Best price I've paid for maintenance and quick service.
On Saturday 10/8/22 I was traveling on I-44 when an engine seal ruptured and my engine lost all its oil. Thankfully, I was able to find an open mechanic in nearby Lebanon, MO at Sawyer CarX and was towed to their location. Preliminary diagnosis shows a oil coolant line to the turbo of my 2012 Chevy Cruze has faulty seals, and they worked with a nearby GM dealer and got the replacement part, installed it and checked for me. Richard, the weekend manager, a 25 year Firestone retiree and the Saturday crew did their best to get me back on the road.As I left to get the vehicle washed from the oil debris at a nearby car wash, and was returning to get onto the interstate, a check engine light came on. I went back to Sawyer and the crew found that a timing gasket installed a week beforehand now had failed. As the work was done elsewhere, the other company picked the car up and towed it to their location in St. Louis to fix, although Sawyer could’ve done the work, and I would’ve felt comfortable in their doing so.Needless to say I am so impressed by the service before, during and after than Randy Rael and his team of professionals provided on a weekend. Fair prices and immediate service. As far as Lebanon tire shops go, I would highly suggest this place over any other in town. First rate tires instead of culls for the same price.
These folks were awesome and really helped me out in a pinch. I was in a hurry but had a problem with my tire. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got me on my way.

I turned on my vehicle to find out I had a leaky fuel tank! I called around and they were able to get me in the same day! AND replace my fuel tank. My vehicle was repaired within the day and they were so helpful during it all. I am new to the Lebanon area, and I will continue to use Sawyer Tire for anything I need fixed on my vehicle!
Everytime I go in they are super helpful and work hard to get me in if I don't have an appointment. They also are reasonably priced

Our water pump went out while traveling on the expressway. Not only did they get us in and out within an hour and a half but was very professional. Would recommend them. Best service ever.

Our check engine light starting flashing while traveling and we see up stopping here in. Ronnie the assistant manager was able to get us in immediately and Steven the technician was able to get us taken care of within 30 minutes. Seriously was the best experience we could have had after how stressful our situation was. You guys are amazing!

I don't know much about cars, but I've noticed with a lot of auto places, if my boyfriend is with me then they just talk to him and leave me out of it. These guys didn't do that one time. A big shout out to these folks!!! I took my Diesel in there and it needed idle arms, pins, etc! They gave me step by step and even showed me what was wrong with my truck! And gave me the price of part, labor and total amounts, no hidden fees! And the parts was way more than the labor(saying that in a good way).. the gentleman worked all day on it, and took his time on it! They differently will be getting more of my service!! And thanks for listening to me and not making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about! Great service!!

My three children were traveling through on their way to Indianapolis and broke down across the street from Sawyer repair. I called Sawyer, and they were so helpful! They immediately found the cause of the problem, but it was late enough in the day that they couldn’t fix it until the morning. They were so kind to drive my children to the hotel and pick them up the next day. They fixed it quickly in the morning, and my children were on their way right after hotel check out time. They were so accommodating, helpful, friendly, and honest. On top of that, the price was fair, and they did a great job! So thankful they were there to help my family!
They were personable. Went in for an oil change and the girl was great. They were busy but they did a great job and checked extra stuff as a courtesy. I'm very pleased.

I was traveling in my new RV from AZ to OH. My check engine light came on. After calling and visiting 5 other automotive repair places, I finally found someone willing to take a look at it! These guys were amazing! They figured out the problem and fixed it! I made it the rest of the way home with no problems. I am truly grateful to the whole team! I am so thankful that they were willing to take a loo at it let alone fix it! Customer service was top notch! Honest, friendly, and helpful! Absolutely recommend them 100% one of the best automotive repair places I have ever been!
